Complete the application that is available online through our website. Enclose the $25 application fee per person. Mail all the applications together, as a group, to the office. The application fee is non-refundable.

Once received, your applications will be placed on a list. Around the first week of April, we will contact you to finalize the lease agreement for the coming school year. Groups will be placed based on their location on the list. First to apply, first to get a unit.

Please be sure to list the location and size of the unit. (EXAMPLE: 5 BEDROOM ON 11TH STREET). If the location you selected is full when we get to your group on the list, you can select another location. Your group will have first choice of any location, above anyone below you on the list, regardless of the location selected.

The deposits have to be paid in full when the lease is signed in April. All the leases start Aug. 1, 2010 and run through June 30, 2011. The first rent payment will be due August 1, 2010, when you receive your keys.

Our policy is one person per bedroom. No PETS. No exceptions. Example 5 bedroom unit - 5 people, 4 bedroom unit - 4 people.

If you want a house, please indicate on the application that you want a 5 bedroom house, 4 bedroom house, etc. We will not know until the first of April how many houses that will become available. We will give you the opportunity to pick a house based on your location on the list. The houses generally costs a little more than the townhouses.

Garbage and yard service is included with all units. The other utilities; electric, gas, water, cable, is the your responsibility. We will provide you with the phone numbers for the utility companies to open accounts in your name for service. As an average, you should budget around $50 - $60/person towards your utility bills each month. Example: 5 bedroom unit will generally pay $250 - $300 per month in utilities. This amount varies based on life style, i.e., cable package, etc.., winter versus summer, etc...
